Wire 1644 faulty. Relay R33 not grounded. Relay R33 faulty. Wire 1644 to water pump   faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Continuity test. STE/ICE-R #91. If continuity is not present, wire 1431 is faulty. WARNING 5. Are 22 to 28 vdc measured on wire 1431 at arctic heater switch harness connector, terminal 5? Replace relay R32 (Para 7-95).
