TM 9-2320-364-20-4 2-3142 2.  ROTARY PADDLE CYLINDERS DO NOT OPERATE. INITIAL SETUP 1. Tighten loose fittings, replace or repair air lines (Para 12-36) and (Fig 2-81). Verify repair, go to Step 4 of this Fault. START YES NO Air lines and/or fittings faulty. Rotary paddles are binding. CHU air valves faulty. CHU air cylinders faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Visual inspection. If the air lines or fitting are faulty, air supply to CHU will be lost. 2-38.
