Disconnect overflow hose (35) from tank vent valve (36).

Remove tank vent valve (36) from auxiliary fuel tank (5).

Remove three locknuts (37) from two fuel tank straps (38) and fuel tank strap (39). Discard locknuts.

Position two fuel tank straps (38) up and out of way.
(27)
Position fuel tank strap (39) down and out of way.
(28)
With the aid of an assistant, remove auxiliary fuel tank (5) from fuel tank brackets (30), (40) and (41).
Lower auxiliary fuel tank to ground.
