Connect batteries, (Para 7-87).

Operate engine for three minutes.

Turn OFF engine switch.

Ensure alternator belt tension is 60 to 65 lbs
(260 to 289 N) on all three belts. If tension
is not correct repeat adjustment procedures.

Install cab engine access panel, (Para 17-24).
Remove wheel chocks, (TM 9-2320-364-10).
