Installation.
(1)
Coat preformed packing (2) with hydraulic
oil and install preformed packing in
housing (3).
(2)
Fill filter (1) with hydraulic oil.
Tighten filter only 3/4 to 1 full
turn after filter contacts housing.
Failure to comply may result in
damage to equipment.
(3)
Install filter (1) on housing (3). Tighten
filter 3/4 to 1 full turn.

Follow-On Maintenance:
Fill steering reservoir, (Para 2-9, Lubrication Table 2-3).
Remove wheel chocks, (TM 9-2320-364-10).
