Disconnect two spade connectors (20) from
base (14).

Remove heater (21) from housing (3).
NOTE
Match mark housing and base.

Remove heater feed wire (22) from
base (14).
(15)
Install housing (3) in soft jawed vise.
(16)
Remove housing (3) and gasket (23) from base (14). Discard gasket.
(17)
Remove return tube (24) from base (14).
NOTE
Match mark clamps and housing.
Perform Step (18) if clamps are damaged.

Remove two locknuts (25), washers (26), carriage bolts (27) and clamps (28) from housing (3). Discard
locknuts.
(19)
Remove housing (3) from soft jawed vise.
