Installation.
NOTE
Install cable ties as necessary.
(1)
Position tension load cell (8) and cable (22)
in hoist mount (23).
(2)
Install cable (22) in cushion clip (20) and
install on stud (21) with washer (19),
lockwasher (18) and nut (17).
(3)
Install connector (15) on overload shutdown
box (16).
Hoist weighs 210 lbs (95 kg).
Attach suitable lifting device
prior to installation to prevent
possible injury to personnel.
To avoid damage to load cell use
care when lowering or raising hoist
assembly.
(4)
Use lifting device to raise hoist assembly
(5)
Position two hoses (14) in cushion clip (12)
and install clip on shaft (13) with screw (11),
lockwasher (10) and nut (9). Tighten nut to
17 lb-ft (23 N.m).
