Screw (1/2 in. by 4 in.)
20-54. WATER NOZZLE REPAIR.
a.
Disassembly.
NOTE
All water nozzles are removed
the same way.
(1)
Start 1/2 in. tap in water nozzle (1) in
cylinder head (2).
NOTE
If water nozzle is not removed in
Step (2), go on to Step (3).
(2)
Thread water nozzle (1) 1/2 in. (12.7 mm)
deep in cylinder head (2). Remove tap.
(3)
Thread 1/2 in. screw in water nozzle (1).
(4)
Pull on screw and remove water nozzle (1)
from cylinder head (2).
