4-29. REAR COMPOSITE LIGHT REPAIR (CONT).
NOTE
If removing composite light,
perform Steps (3) and (4).
If removing LED composite
light, perform Steps (5) and
(6).

Remove two screws (9), lockwashers (10),
washers (11) and wire 1435 (12) from
bracket (13) and housing (14). Discard
lockwashers.
(4)
Remove housing (14) from bracket (13).
(5)
Remove two screws (15), lockwashers (16),
washers (17), wire 1435 (18) and LED
ground wire pigtail (19) from bracket (20)
and housing (21). Discard lockwashers.
(6)
Remove housing (21) from bracket (20).

Disassembly.
NOTE
If removing composite light,
perform Steps (1) through
(7).
If removing LED composite
light, perform Step (8).

Loosen six screws (1) and remove housing
cover (2) and preformed packing (3) from
housing (4). Discard preformed packing.
(2)
Remove lamps (5) and (6) from sockets (7)
and (8).
