TM 9-2320-364-20-2 2-1360 23.  ALL BLACKOUT LIGHTS DO NOT OPERATE (CONT). Windshield wipers operate   indicating 12 vdc to circuit   breaker CB9. Circuit breakers CB9 and CB10   not tripped. Wire 1674 OK. BLACKOUT LIGHTS selector   OK. Wire 1084 OK. Blackout lights circuit breaker   CB9 OK. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Verify repair. If blackout lights operate, fault has been corrected. YES NO Fault not corrected. Notify DS Maintenance. 3. Do blackout lights operate? Fault corrected. 2. Replace BLACKOUT LIGHTS selector switch (Para 7-27). Verify repair, go to Step 3 of this Fault. YES NO Windshield wipers operate   indicating 12 vdc to circuit   breaker CB9. Circuit breaker CB9 not tripped. Wire 1674 OK. BLACKOUT LIGHTS selector   faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Continuity test. STE/ICE-R #91. If BLACKOUT LIGHTS selector switch is loose, faulty, or shorted to ground, blackout lights will not operate. WARNING Is continuity measured on BLACKOUT LIGHTS selector switch between terminals 6 and 2? Read WARNING on Page 2-1361
