NOTE
Refer to WP 0055 and Appendix A, Figure A-2, for routing and location of AC hoses.
Install cable ties as required.
Route AC hose as noted prior to removal.
Lightly lubricate preformed packings with PAG oil prior to installation.
Ensure preformed packings are in place in hoses prior to installation.
1. Install preformed packing (6) and hose 2522 (3) on compressor suction fitting (7). Torque hose 2522 (3)
to 18-22 ft-lbs. (24-30 Nm).

CAUTION
Ensure AC hose is routed away from exhaust manifold, exhaust pipes, and any
moving parts. Failure to comply may result in damage to equipment.
2. With the aid of an assistant, route hose 2522 (3) to cab.
3. Install preformed packing (4) and hose 2522 (3) on fitting (5). Torque hose 2522 (3) to 18-22 ft-lbs.
(24-30 Nm).
