FAILS TO CRANK WHEN ENGINE START SWITCH IS TURNED
TO START POSITION (CONT).
Step 3. Check 24v voltmeter gage (3) for proper voltage range.
24v voltmeter gage should read 22 to 28 volt. If not, notify
Unit Maintenance.
Step 4. Check if three DDEC circuit breakers (4) have been tripped.
Reset breakers and try again. If breakers trip, notify Unit
Maintenance.
Step 5. If engine fails to crank, check for dirty battery cable connections
(5) or loose or broken battery cables (6) or posts (7). If battery
connections are dirty, or cable or posts are damaged, notify
Unit Maintenance.
