TM 9-2320-364-20-2 2-1750 Both brakes on Axle No. 3 fail to   release correctly. Air lines crimped or leaking   and/or fittings leaking. Relay spring valve No. 1 leaking. Relay spring valve No. 1 faulty. Air chambers faulty. Brakes faulty. 2.  PARKING BRAKES ON AXLE NO. 3 DO NOT RELEASE. INITIAL SETUP 1. Do both sets of parking brakes on Axle No. 3 fail to re- lease? If only one parking brake fails to release, go to Step 5 of this Fault. START YES NO Parking brakes on Axles No. 4   and No. 5 operate correctly. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Visual inspection. If only one parking brake fails to release, problem is in air chamber or brake components. 2-24.  BRAKES SYSTEM TROUBLESHOOTING (CONT).
