3-2. ENGINE OIL SERVICE.
a.
Drain.
Do not drain engine oil while engine is hot. Severe injury to personnel may result.
(1)
Position drain pan under oil pan drain hose (1).
NOTE
Engine oil capacity is 32 qts (30 l).
(2)
Remove plug (2) from oil pan drain hose (1) and completely drain all engine oil.
(3)
Install plug (2) in oil pan drain hose (1). Tighten plug until snug.
