With the aid of an assistant and using a
lifting device, remove grille assembly (49)
from radiator assembly (35).

Remove lifting device from grille
assembly (49).
NOTE
Tag and mark location of radiator
bracket assemblies prior to
removal.
(27)
Remove eight screws (50), lockwashers (51),
washers (52) and four radiator bracket
assemblies (53) from radiator assembly (35).
Discard lockwashers.
NOTE
Two screws removed in Step (28)
are located on each side of
radiator assembly.
(28)
With the aid of an assistant, remove two
screws (54), lockwashers (55), washers
(56) and fan shroud (57) from radiator
assembly (35). Discard lockwashers.
