Remove two quick release pins (5) and two
pins (6) from crossover tube (7).
Crossover tube weighs 100 lbs
(45 kg). Attach a suitable lifting
device prior to removal to prevent
possible injury to personnel.
(3)
Attach lifting device to crossover tube (7).
(4)
Remove eight locknuts (8), screws (9) and
crossover tube (7) from right and left hard
lift brackets (4). Discard locknuts.
(5)
Remove nut (10), lockwasher (11) and
screw (12) from steering arm (13). Discard
lockwasher.
(6)
Pry drag link (14) from steering arm (13).
