Installation.
(1)
Attach lifting device to roller (6).
Horizontal roller weighs 75 lbs
(34 kg). Attach suitable lifting
device prior to installation to
prevent possible injury to
personnel.
(2)
Using lifting device, position roller (6) in
roller assembly (1).
NOTE
Lockplate looks different on
trucks equipped with CHU,
however, procedures are identical.
(3)
Install lockplate (9), lockwasher (8),
screw (7) and lube fitting (10) in roller
assembly (1).
