Lockwasher (2) (Item 228, Appendix E)
NOTE
If removing left side cable connector, perform Steps (1) through (3).
If removing right side cable connector, perform Steps (4) through (6).

Remove cover with chain (1) from connector (2).
(2)
Remove nut (3) and lockwasher (4). Discard lockwasher.
(3)
Remove connector (2) from bracket (5).
