Install oil seal (5) in left front end
bearing (6).
NOTE
Steel faces of thrust washers go next to bearing.
Gears, thrust washers, nut, screw, washer and spacer were removed during camshaft
removal (Para 20-34).

Apply grease to steel faces of two thrust washers (7).

Install thrust washers (7) on rear end bearings (8).
(7)
Lubricate rear journals (9) of left and right camshafts (2) and (10) with lubricating oil.

Install rear end bearings (8) on camshafts (2) and (10) with flange of bearings facing toward gear (12)
and (13) end of camshafts.

Install two woodruff keys (11) in camshafts (2) and (10).
