6-1. COMMON TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT.

For authorized common tools and equipment refer to the Modified Table of Organization and Equipment (MTOE)

applicable to your unit.

6-2. SPECIAL TOOLS, TMDE AND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT.

Refer to Section III of the Maintenance Allocation Chart (MAC) for a list of tool kits authorized for the trailer.

6-3. REPAIR PARTS.

Repair parts are listed and illustrated in the Repair Parts and Special Tool List, TM 9-2330-385-24P, covering Unit,

Direct Support, General Support and Depot maintenance for the trailer.

Section II. SERVICE UPON RECEIPT

6-4. UNPACKING AND DEPROCESSING.

a. Unpacking. Upon receipt of a new trailer, the receiving organization must ensure it has been properly

prepared for service and is in good condition. Inspect all assemblies, subassemblies and accessories to be sure they are

in proper working order. Secure, clean and correctly adjust and/or lubricate as needed, Para 4-8. Check all tools and

equipment (Appendix C and Appendix D) to be sure every item is there in good condition, clean and properly stowed.

Deprocessing. Read all tags attached to the trailer and follow all precaution checks.
