TM 9-2320-364-20-3 2-2828 3.  SELF RECOVERY WINCH (SRW) WILL NOT PAY IN USING CAB WINCH IN/OUT SWITCH. INITIAL SETUP 1. Go to Step 2 of this Fault. START NO Crane operates indicating     circuit breaker CB18 is OK. WINCH/CRANE switch is in   WINCH position. SRW operates using control   lever. WINCH IN/OUT switch faulty. Wire 1730 faulty. Wire 1435 faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Voltage test. STE/ICE-R #89. If component supplying voltage to control manifold valve is faulty, 22 to 28 vdc will not be input to control manifold solenoid. 2-30.  SELF RECOVERY WINCH (SRW) TROUBLESHOOTING (CONT). Tools and Special Tools Tool Kit, General Mechanic’s:  Automotive (Item 74, Appendix G) STE/ICE-R (optional) (Item 3, Appendix G) Multimeter (Item 44, Appendix G) Personnel Required Two Equipment Condition Engine OFF, (TM 9-2320-364-10) Wheels chocked, (TM 9-2320-364-10) Parking brake applied, (TM 9-2320-364-10) References TM 9-2320-364-10 TM 9-4910-571-12&P Materials/Parts Adhesive (Item 9, Appendix C) Are 22 to 28 vdc measured on wire 1730 at control manifold upper solenoid harness connector MC122? Go to Step 3 of this Fault. WARNING YES Read   WARNING on Page 2-2829
