All brakes on Axles No. 3 fail. Brakes on Axles No. 4 and   No. 5 fail. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Operation test. If all brakes on Axle No. 3 fail to operate, there will not be sufficient braking power to stop truck correctly. WARNING 3. Do all service brakes on Axles No. 4 and No. 5 Axles apply correctly? Go to Fault 12 of Brakes System Troubleshooting. YES NO Brakes on Axles No. 1 and   No. 2 operate correctly. Brakes on Axles No. 3 operate   correctly. Brakes on Axles No. 4 and   No. 5 fail.
