17-19. CAB INSULATION REPLACEMENT.
a.
Removal.
NOTE
Perform Step (1) if insulation is
held in place with retaining strips.
If not, start with Step (2).

Remove eight screws (1) and four retaining
strips (2) from insulation (3) and cab
shell (4).
NOTE
Insulation for floor is under cab
shell.
(2)
Remove insulation (3) from cab shell (4).
b.
Installation.
NOTE
Ensure that insulation panels
meet specifications of
drawings in Step d.
Ensure that insulation panel
fits section of cab shell to be
covered.
If insulation panel has
finished and rolled edges,
perform Step (1). If not, start
with Step (2).

Apply double-sided adhesive tape on back of
insulation panel along finished, rolled edge.
