TM 9-2320-364-34-2      3-49 (4) Remove screw (7), lockwasher (8), washer (9) and cushion clip (10) from air compressor (11).  Discard lockwasher. (5) Remove hose 2114 (12) from elbow (13). (6) Remove hose 2628 (14) from elbow (15). (7) Remove hose 2629 (16) from fitting (17). Air compressor weighs 115 lbs (52 kg).  Attach suitable lifting device prior to removal to prevent possible injury to personnel. (8) Attach lifting device to air compressor (11). (9) Remove two screws (18) and lockwashers (19) from air compressor mounting bracket (20) and transmission (21).  Discard lockwashers. (10) With the aid of an assistant, remove four screws (22), lockwashers (23), air compressor (11) and gasket (24) from engine (25).  Discard lockwashers and gasket. NOTE Accessory drive gear should remain with engine. (11) Remove accessory drive gear (26) from engine (25) or air compressor (11).
