TM 9-2320-364-34-2      3-113 Materials/Parts Sealing Compound (Item 54, Appendix B) This task covers: a.  Removal b.   Installation c.  Follow-On Maintenance INITIAL SETUP Equipment Condition Engine OFF, (TM 9-2320-364-10) Wheels chocked, (TM 9-2320-364-10) Left front fender skirt removed, (TM 9-2320-364-20) Right front fender skirt removed, (TM 9-2320-364-20) Air pressure transducer removed, (TM 9-2320-364-20) Tools and Special Tools Tool Kit, General Mechanic’s (Item 240, Appendix F) 3-16.  AIR BOX DRAIN REPLACEMENT. NOTE Right and left air box drains are removed the same way.  Right side shown. (1) Remove screw (1) and clamp (2) from engine block (3). NOTE Note location and positions of elbows and adapter prior to removal. (2) Remove hose (4) from check valve (5). (3) Remove check valve (5) from tee (6). (4) Remove tee (6) from adapter (7). NOTE If plug is in tee, perform Step (5). (5) Remove plug (8) from tee (6). (6) Remove adapter (7) from engine block (3). (7) Repeat Steps (1) through (6) for left side air box drain.
