Install bushing (51), preformed packing (50),
plastic washer (49), washer (48) and ground
stud (7) in commutator end housing (25).
NOTE
Tapered side of insulator goes
on first.

Position preformed packing (50),
insulator (47), washer (46), two
washers (45), washer (44) and nut (43) on
ground stud (7).
NOTE
Four 1.5 in. (38 mm) pieces
of welding rod can be used
as guide pins.
Insulation bushings must
pass through insulation
washers and sit flush on
mounting posts.

Install bushing (42) and two washers (41)
on each of four mounting posts (40) on
commutator end housing (25).
NOTE
Ground jumper tab must be
aligned with ground stud tab.

Position ground jumper (39) on commutator
end housing (25).
