Adhesives, solvents, and sealing
compounds can burn easily, can
give off harmful vapors, and are
harmful to skin and clothing. To
avoid injury or death, keep away
from open fire and use in well-
ventilated area. If adhesive,
solvent, or sealing compound
gets on skin or clothing, wash
immediately with soap and
water.

Apply sealing compound to threads of
screw (1).
(4)
Install yoke end (3) to transfer case (5).
(5)
Apply adhesive to outer edge of spline on
yoke end (3).
NOTE
There are three transfer case
yokes. Lower rear yoke is
shown.
Perform Step (6) to install
front yoke.
Perform Step (7) to install
rear yoke.

Position retainer washer (2) and screw (1)
on front yoke end (3).
