Adhesives, solvents, and sealing
compounds can burn easily, can
give off harmful vapors, and are
harmful to skin and clothing. To
avoid injury or death, keep away
from open fire and use in a well-
ventilated area. If adhesive,
solvent, or sealing compound gets
on skin or clothing, wash
immediately with soap and
water.

Apply sealing compound to threads of two
screws (107).

Install two wear pads (108) on top of
structural section (91) with screws (107).

Apply sealing compound to threads of two
screws (105).

Install wear pad (106) on bottom of
structural section (91) with two screws (105)

Apply grease to upper and lower wear
pads (108) and (106).
NOTE
Ensure chain lays flat.

Position chain assembly (102) along
structural section (91).

Apply sealing compound to threads of
screw (96).

Pull chain assembly (102) around
roller (101) and install clevis (100) with
pin (99), washer (98), washer (97) and
screw (96). Tighten screw to 16 lb-ft
(22 N.m).
