16-11. HOIST ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT (CONT).
Adhesives, solvents, and sealing
compounds can burn easily, can
give off harmful vapors, and are
harmful to skin and clothing. To
avoid injury or death, keep away
from open fire and use in well-
ventilated area. If adhesive,
solvent, or sealing compound
gets on skin or clothing, wash
immediately with soap and water.

Apply sealing compound to threads of two
screws (14).
(12)
Install proximity switch (17) on bracket (18)
with two washers (15), lockwashers (16) and
screws (14). Tighten screws to 108 lb-in
(12 N.m).

Follow-On Maintenance:
Install hoist motor valve, (Para 16-13).
Install hoist cable, (TM 9-2320-364-20).
Lube hoist assembly, (TM 9-2320-364-20).
Load test crane, (Para 16-32).
Remove wheel chocks, (TM 9-2320-364-10).
