18-11. BATTERY DISCONNECT SWITCH KIT INSTALLATION (200 AMP) (CONT).
NOTE
Steps (5) through (13) modify polarity wire harness 3115308.

Remove nut (6), lockwasher (7), washer (8), cable 1281A (9), cable 1137 (10), cable 1139 (11), washer
(12) and screw (13) from positive terminal (14). Discard lockwasher.

Cut terminal off of cable 1281A (9). Seal wire end with heatshrink and tie back exposed wire to the
harness.

Remove nut (15), lockwasher (16), washer (17), cable 1274 (18), cable 1138 (19), cable 1137 (20),
washer (21) and screw (22) from positive terminal (23). Discard lockwasher.

Cut terminal off of cable 1274 (18). Seal wire end with heatshrink and tie back exposed wire to the
harness.
(9)
Install cable 1138 (19) and cable 1137 (20) on positive terminal (23) with screw (22), washer (21),
washer (17), lockwasher (16) and nut (15).
