Install lifting eyes in flywheel housing (4).
Flywheel housing weighs 187 lbs
(85 kg). Attach suitable lifting
device prior to installation to
prevent possible injury to
personnel.

Install flywheel housing (4) over
crankshaft (8) against engine block (7).
Adhesives, solvents, and sealing
compounds can burn easily, can
give off harmful vapors, and are
harmful to skin and clothing. To
avoid injury or death, keep away
from open fire and use in a
well-ventilated area. If adhesive,
solvent, or sealing compound
gets on skin or clothing, wash
immediately with soap and water.

Coat threads of six screws (9) with sealing
compound.

Position six screws (9) in flywheel
housing (4).
(12)
Install two washers (10) and screws (11) in
flywheel housing (4).
(13)
Remove guide studs and install remaining
four washers (10) and screws (11) in
flywheel housing (4).
(14)
Position two washers (12) and screws (13)
in flywheel housing (4).
(15)
Position two screws (14) on back side of
flywheel housing (4).
(16)
Position screw (15) in flywheel housing (4).
