assembly (73).
Planetary differential assembly
weighs 160 lbs (73 kg). Attach
suitable lifting device before
removal to prevent possible
injury to personnel.

Attach two lifting eyes and lifting device to
planetary differential assembly (73).

Using lifting device, remove planetary
differential assembly (73) from differential
housing (59).

Remove eight nuts (74) and lockwashers (75) from base of differential housing (59). Discard
lockwashers.
(62)
Attach two lifting eyes and lifting device to upper flange of differential housing (59).
NOTE
Screws used in Step (63) must be 0.50-13 x 0.75 in.

Install two screws into half jackscrew holes in bottom of differential housing (59).
