AC CONDENSER MOUNTING BRACKET REPLACEMENT - Continued
INSTALLATION

NOTE
Perform Steps 1 and 2 if support bar and stabilizer bracket were removed.
1. Install stabilizer bracket (19) on vehicle with two washers (22), lockwashers (21), and screws (20).
NOTE
Install support bar as noted prior to removal.
2. Install support bar (10) and cushion clip (18) on stabilizer bracket (19) with screw (17) and locknut (4).
Do not tighten locknut (4).
WARNING
Condenser mounting bracket is heavy. Do not install condenser mounting bracket
without the aid of an assistant. Failure to comply may result in injury to personnel
and/or damage to equipment.
NOTE
Install eyebolts as noted prior to removal.
Use care when installing eyebolts so locknuts securing eyebolts to radiator assembly are
not dropped.
3. With the aid of an assistant, install condenser mounting bracket (7) on radiator assembly (16) with two
eyebolts (15) and locknuts (14).
