Heater/Evaporator Installation.
NOTE
To allow for insulation to fit properly over connector, bottom corner will need to be cut off.
1.
Cut off bottom corner of insulation (1).
2.
Install preformed packing (2) and fitting (3) on
heater/evaporator (4).
3.
Install preformed packing (5) and fitting (6) on
heater/evaporator (4).
WARNING
Adhesives, solvents, and sealing compounds can burn
easily, can give off harmful vapors, and are harmful to
skin and clothing. To avoid injury or death, keep away
from open fire and use in well-ventilated area. If
adhesive, solvent, or sealing compound gets on skin or
clothing, wash immediately with soap and water.
4.
Apply 3M adhesive to insulation (1).
5.
Install insulation (1) on heater/evaporator (4).
6.
Install two PVC foam tape strips (7) on heater/
evaporator (4).
7.
Install four PVC foam tape strips (8) on heater/
evaporator (4).
