Ensure hitch pin chains are stored between PLS foot and BAP frame.

Install hitch pin (Figure 3, Item 1) in rear hole of PLS foot (Figure 3, Item 3) and frame bracket (Figure 3, Item
4). Install hitch pin (Figure 3, Item 2) in front hole of PLS foot (Figure 3, Item 3) so hitch pin (Figure 3, Item 2)
rests on frame bracket (Figure 3, Item 4).
