MALFUNCTION
Hand Pump is Faulty.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
NOTE
Use a drain pan to catch fluid draining from hoses and fittings. Wipe up any
spillage with a rag. Handle, store, and dispose of drained fluids in accordance
with local policies and procedures.
Center roller and/or transload rollers will not operate without sufficient flow of
hydraulic fluid.
1.
Place suitable container under hand pump.
2.
Disconnect two hydraulic lines from hand pump (Figure 2).

3.
Move hand pump selector lever to UP position (Figure 2).
4.
Pump handle and verify fluid flow is present at TOP PORT (Figure 2).
5.
Move hand pump selector lever to DOWN position (Figure 2).
6.
Pump handle and verify fluid flow is present at BOTTOM PORT (Figure 2).
a.
If hydraulic fluid does not flow from one or both ports, replace hydraulic hand pump.
b.
If hydraulic fluid flows from both ports and only center rollers do not operate, proceed to
Malfunction Center Roller Manifold Or Center Roller Cylinders Are Faulty.
c.
If hydraulic fluid flows from both ports and only transload rollers do not operate, proceed to
Malfunction Transload Roller Manifold Or Transload Roller Cylinders Are Faulty.
d.
If hydraulic fluid flows from both ports and both, center rollers and transload rollers do not
operate, perform the procedures in both Malfunction's, Center Roller Manifold Or Center
Roller Cylinders Are Faulty and Transload Roller Manifold Or Transload Roller
Cylinders Are Faulty.
