MALFUNCTION
Transload Roller Manifold or Transload Roller Cylinders are Faulty.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
1.
If disconnected, connect hydraulic lines to hand pump and bleed system to remove any trapped
air (Figure 2).
2.
If disconnected, connect hydraulic hoses to elbows on center roller cylinders and bleed system
for any trapped air (Figure 3).
3.
Place suitable container under transload roller cylinders (Figure 4).

4.
Disconnect two hydraulic hoses from fittings on transload roller cylinders (Figure 4).
5.
Move hand pump selector lever to DOWN position (Figure 4).
6.
Pump hand pump handle and observe open ends of hydraulic hoses for fluid flow (Figure 4).
a.
If hydraulic fluid is not flowing, replace transload roller manifold (WP 0061) and verify
problem is corrected.
b.
If hydraulic fluid is flowing, replace transload roller cylinders (WP 0061) and verify problem
is corrected.
