REMOVAL - Continued
3.
Remove ferrules (Figure 1, Item 9) and fitting connectors (Figure 1, Items 5 and 6) from each end of tubing
(Figure 1, Item 4). Discard ferrules.

Loosen fitting connector (Figure 1, Item 10) on end of air hose (Figure 1, Item 11) and remove air hose (Figure
1, Item 11) from elbow (Figure 1, Item 12).

Remove fitting (Figure 1, Item 8) and elbow (Figure 1, Item 12) from coupling (Figure 1, Item 13).
6.
Remove coupling (Figure 1, Item 13) from BAP frame.
7.
Loosen clamp (Figure 1, Item 14) and remove air hose (Figure 1, Item 11) from fitting (Figure 1, Item 15).
8.
Remove fitting (Figure 1, Item 15) from air cylinder (Figure 1, Item 16).
NOTE
Note location and position of loop clamps prior to removal to ensure proper installation.

Remove two nuts (Figure 1, Item 17), lockwashers (Figure 1, Item 18), four loop clamps (Figure 1, Item 19),
and bracket (Figure 1, Item 20) from tubing (Figure 1, Item 21), tubing (Figure 1, Item 22)' and BAP frame.
Discard lockwashers.

Loosen fitting connector (Figure 1, Item 23) on end of tubing (Figure 1, Item 21) and remove tubing (Figure 1,
Item 21) from fitting (Figure 1, Item 7) and BAP frame.
11.
Remove ferrules (Figure 1, Item 24) and fitting connectors (Figure 1, Items 23 and 25) from each end of tubing
(Figure 1, Item 21). Discard ferrules.
12.
Loosen fitting connector (Figure 2, Item 26) on end of tubing (Figure 2, Item 27) and remove tubing (Figure 2,
Item 27) from fitting (Figure 2, Item 28).
