Install coupling (Figure 4, Item 29), elbow (Figure 4, Item 26), and adapter (Figure 4, Item 19) on the BAP.
19.
Install two tube nuts (Figure 4, Items 23 and 24) on air hose (Figure 4, Item 25) with two hose clamps (Figure
4, Item 28).
20.
Using two tube nuts (Figure 4, Items 23 and 24), connect air hose (Figure 4, Item 25) to elbow (Figure 4, Item
26) and air cylinder (Figure 4, Item 27).
21.
Install tubing (Figure 4, Item 18) on BAP frame with six loop clamps (Figure 4, Item 22), lockwashers (Figure
4, Item 21), and nuts (Figure 4, Item 20).
22.
Using two tube nuts (Figure 4, Item 17), connect tubing (Figure 4, Item 18) to adapter (Figure 4, Item 19) and
tube nipple (Figure 4, Item 13).
23.
Install pipe coupling (Figure 4, Item 9) and adapter (Figure 4, Item 12) on BAP frame.
24.
Install tubing (Figure 4, Item 11) on BAP frame with six loop clamps (Figure 4, Item 16), lockwashers (Figure
4, Item 15), and nuts (Figure 4, Item 14).
25.
Using two tube nuts (Figure 4, Item 10), connect tubing (Figure 4, Item 11) to tube nipple (Figure 4, Item 13)
and adapter (Figure 4, Item 12).
26.
Install elbow (Figure 4, Item 7) on pipe coupling (Figure 4, Item 9).
27.
Install tubing (Figure 4, Item 4) on BAP frame with loop clamp (Figure 4, Item 3), lockwasher (Figure 4, Item
2), and nut (Figure 4, Item 1).
28.
Using two tube nuts (Figure 4, Items 5 and 6), connect tubing (Figure 4, Item 4) to two elbows (Figure 4, Items
7 and 8).

FOLLOW-ON MAINTENANCE
1.
Install BAP front pin lock guard plate. (WP 0052)
2.
Install BAP control valve. (WP 0062)
3.
Load BAP onto Transporter and connect air system. (WP 0005)
4.
Check air system for leaks. (WP 0038)
