Loosen two tube nuts (Figure 1, Items 23 and Item 24) on ends of air hose (Figure 1, Item 25) and disconnect
air hose (Figure 1, Item 25) from elbow (Figure 1, Item 26) and air cylinder (Figure 1, Item 27).
10.
Remove two hose clamps (Figure 1, Item 28) and tube nuts (Figure 1, Items 23 and 24) from air hose (Figure
1, Item 25).
11.
Remove adapter (Figure 1, Item 19), elbow (Figure 1, Item 26), and coupling (Figure 1, Item 29) from BAP
frame.
NOTE
Steps (12) through (28) apply only to road-side air lines.

Remove elbow (Figure 1, Item 8) from coupling (Figure 1, Item 30).
13.
Loosen tube nuts (Figure 1, Item 31) on each end of tubing (Figure 1, Item 32), and disconnect tubing (Figure
1, Item 32) from adapter (Figure 1, Item 33) and tube nipple (Figure 1, Item 34).
14.
Remove six nuts (Figure 1, Item 35), lockwashers (Figure 1, Item 36), and loop clamps (Figure 1, Item 37)
from tubing (Figure 1, Item 32). Remove tubing (Figure 1, Item 32) from BAP frame. Discard lockwashers.
15.
Remove adapter (Figure 1, Item 33) and coupling (Figure 1, Item 30) from BAP frame.
16.
Remove tube nipple (Figure 2, Item 34) and adapter (Figure 2, Item 38) from tube nuts (Figure 2, Item 39) on
each end of tubing (Figure 2, Item 40).
