Install adjusting nut (Figure 9, Item 26) and clevis (Figure 9, Item 24) on air cylinder (Figure 9, Item 16).
9.
Install air cylinder (Figure 9, Item 16) in pin lock guide (Figure 9, Item 6), ensuring pin lock jaw (Figure 9, Item
34) is in the up position and breather (Figure 9, Item 27) is facing bottom of pin lock guide (Figure 9, Item 6).
10.
Install nut (Figure 9, Item 25) on air cylinder (Figure 9, Item 16). Install air hose (Figure 9, Item 1) on air cylinder
(Figure 9, Item 16). Tighten clamp (Figure 9, Item 15).
11.
Install release latch (Figure 9, Item 18) on clevis (Figure 9, Item 24).
12.
Install straight pin (Figure 9, Item 23) and two snaprings (Figure 9, Item 22) in clevis (Figure 9, Item 24) and
release latch (Figure 9, Item 18).
13.
Install release latch (Figure 9, Item 18) on pin lock guide (Figure 9, Item 6) with headed straight pin (Figure 9,
Item 21), washer (Figure 9, Item 20), and cotter pin (Figure 9, Item 19). Install two springs (Figure 9, Item 17)
on release latch (Figure 9, Item 18) and pin lock guide (Figure 9, Item 6).
14.
Install air cylinder guard (Figure 9, Item 14) on pin lock guide (Figure 9, Item 6) with two lockwashers (Figure
9, Item 13) and bolts (Figure 9, Item 12).
