Ensure cable is fully wrapped around wide end of cable anchor and lies along groove of cable
anchor. Small end of cable anchor goes into cable anchor slot first.

Install cable (Figure 6, Item 5) through cable anchor slot (Figure 6, Item 6) and around cable anchor (Figure
6, Item 4). Firmly seat cable anchor (Figure 6, Item 4) in cable anchor slot (Figure 6, Item 6) of winch (Figure
6, Item 7).
