TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE
SYMPTOM
Winch does not Wind Out.
MALFUNCTION
Quick-Disconnect Couplings are not Connected Properly.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
NOTE
Hydraulic fluid flow to winch motor may be blocked at quick-disconnect fittings if
fittings are not connected properly.
Verify male portion of quick-disconnect couplings are fully seated in female portions of couplings
and are secured by locking mechanism (Figure 1).
